For an organisation - how to join the portal

Click on the organisation tab. Click on "Register join this portal". An online form will appear for you to provide the details of your organisation and a contact person.

Our portal staff will contact you. If the registration is successful, you will receive an e-mail to ask you to login. You can upload your FAQs and register your staff to process the web requests.

There is no fee payable to register the basic information. You will have to pay a fee for the web requests that are submitted to this portal, but this will apply only from 2011. In the meantime, you can try this service for free. You can withdraw from this service at any time.

Future enchancement

A gateway will be developed for the public to make payments to the organisation. This will reduce the hassle for an organisation in receiving the payments.

I developed this portal to improve customer service in Singapore. It allows organisations to provide their hotline number and other contact information for easy search by the public. The public has the option to submit their enquiry or request through a web form to the organisation.

Many people now find it difficult and frustrating to locate the hotine number and get through to talk to a person. I hope that this portal will help to improve this situation.

This portal has a case management system to help the organisation to handle the enquiries and requests that are submitted through this portal.

The organisation can also upload the FAQs on its products and services to be searched by the public.

For the public - hot to contact an organisation

Click on the Search tab. Enter the name or abbreviation of the organisation. A list of matching organisations will be displayed. Look for the organisation that you want and click on View.

You will see the contact details of the organisation - such as the hotline number, fax number and the link to its website.

If you cannot get through to the hotline, you can submit an enquiry or request the web form. You can also upload a scanned application form.

You can also view the FAQs that are provided by the organisation.
