You can open an account in the e-Post Office to receive replies from the government agencies on your applications.

You can link your bank account to this account and pay for government services through internet banking transfer.

You can provide your personal email address or mobile phone. If there is mail that needs to be attended to, you will receive an alert by e-mail or SMS.

e-Centre

We have appointed a number of e-centres to provide services to members to citizens who do not have Internet access or are not familiar with the use of this portal.

You can get information, print replies and make payments to government agencies at these e-centres.

Citizens with Internet access can transact through this portal from their home or offices, without going to the centres.
