The report can be submitted in this website or by calling a hotline: 6555 5762.Our staff will help to match the lost and found reports. If a match is confirmed, our staff will contact both parties and put them into contact with each other. We encourage the owner who has reported a lost item to offer a reward to the finder.
There is no fee for the use of this portal or the matching service. However, the grateful owner of a found item is welcomed to make a donation for the maintenance of this website.If the finder resides in Singapore, we encourage the finder to keep the found item until the owner has reported its loss. Alternatively, the finder can lodge the report of the found item with a nearby neighbourhood police station or at an authorised collection point.
